Power On:

Connect the power cable and switch ON the printer.

Load Paper:

Open the paper cover.

Place the thermal paper roll with the printing side facing up.

Pull a small portion of paper out and close the cover.

Connect to System:

Use the USB or serial cable to connect to your POS system or computer.

Install the correct driver if required (available from TVS website).

Print Test Page:

Hold the Feed button and power ON the printer to print a self-test page.

Printing:

Send the print command from your POS/billing software.

Use the Feed button to advance the paper manually.

Replace Paper:

When the paper is low, the printer will flash a red light.

Replace the roll as described above.

Error Indicators:

Red Light Flashing: Paper out or paper jam.

No Light: Check power connection.
