🛠️ Setup Instructions

1.Unboxing & Inspection

Ensure the package includes:

Zenpert 4T520 printer

Power cord & USB cable

Ribbon spindles (1" and 0.5")

Label spindle & fixing tabs

Quick start guide

2.Connecting the Printer

Place the printer on a stable surface near your computer.

Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into an electrical outlet.

Use the USB cable to connect the printer to your computer.

3.Loading the Ribbon

Open the printer's top cover.

Insert the ribbon roll onto the supply spindle, ensuring the inked side faces outward.

Thread the ribbon under the printhead and onto the take-up spindle.

Close the top cover securely.

4.Loading the Labels

Open the media cover.

Place the label roll onto the media spindle.

Feed the labels through the guides and under the printhead.

Adjust the media guides to fit the label width.

Close the media cover.

5.Driver Installation

Download the latest Windows driver from the TVS Electronics website.

Run the installer and follow on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
