1. Heat oil in a kadai (wok) and add cumin seeds, onions, and green peppers.
2. Fry until onions turn golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the masala is well blended.
4. Add cubed paneer cheese and stir gently to coat with the masala. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is heated through.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
