● For all types of bicycles, 1 service is free within 1 month of purchasing the product and any subsequent service will have to be done at a cost.
● Service is done every day except Thursday and Sunday from 4 pm to 6 pm.
● If any parts are damaged by you during the service period, they will not be replaced, they will have to be purchased at cost.
● There is no warranty on any parts other than the electrical parts of the electric bicycle and if they are damaged within 1 year, they will only be changed by the company.
● There is no warranty on other parts like tires, tubes, electronic spare parts, etc. for any bicycle.
● There is no warranty on damage to the bicycle by you.
● After purchasing any product, it is not taken back or changed.
