Guest House Policy – Terms and Conditions

To maintain a peaceful, safe and spiritual atmosphere, all guests staying at Bhakta Bhawan Guest House must follow the rules below.


  1. 1.Guest Policy 

  2. Bhakta Bhawan is a family-friendly Vaishnava guest house.
  3. Unmarried couples are not allowed.
  4. All guests must behave in a decent and respectful manner.
  1. 2.Identification Requirement

  2. All guests must show valid government ID at check-in.
  3. Accepted ID: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID.
  4. Guests without valid ID cannot check in.
  1. 3.Check-in and Check-out

  2. Check-in time is 11:00 AM.
  3. Check-out time is 9:00 AM.
  4. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and management approval.

  5. 4.Prohibited Items

  1. Alcohol is not allowed.

    Smoking and tobacco are not allowed.

    Drugs or intoxicants are not allowed.

    If any of these are found, the stay will be cancelled without refund.
  1. 5.Food Policy

  1. Meat, fish, egg, onion and garlic are not allowed.

    Cooking of these items inside rooms is not allowed.

    Only pure vegetarian and sattvic food is allowed.

  1. 6.Vaishnava Standards – Four Regulative Principles

  1. No meat eating.

    No intoxication.

    No gambling.

    No illicit sexual activity.

    Breaking these rules will result in immediate removal from the room.
  1. 7.Behaviour and Religious Respect

  1. Guests must remain polite and disciplined.

    Loud noise, shouting or disturbing others is not allowed.

    Improper mixing between boys and girls or men and women is not allowed.

    Guests must not disrespect spiritual practices or devotees.

  1. 8.Payment, Taxes and Refund Policy

  1. All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellation, no-show or early check-out.

    CGST 2.5% and SGST 2.5% will be applied as per government rules.

  1. 9.Cleanliness and Property Care

  1. Guests must keep rooms clean.

    Any damage or loss to property must be paid by the guest.

    Serious damage may result in removal from the guest house.

  1. 10.Right of Admission

  1. Management may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave if rules are broken, if behaviour is disturbing or if safety is affected.

    No refund will be given in such cases.

  1. 11.Management Authority

  1. All guests must follow instructions given by staff.

    The decision of the management will be final in all matters.
