1. PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIME
At Puri Enterprises, we aim to dispatch your books as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed.
Weekends and Holidays: Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the phone number provided.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout (if applicable).
Once shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service provider. Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation (via SMS or Email) once your order has been shipped, containing details of the courier partner.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order. Puri Enterprises is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)
At Puri Enterprises, we are committed to providing you with the best books. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you have ordered the wrong book by mistake.
2. EXCEPTION: WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
We take great care in packing your orders. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a book different from the one you ordered (e.g., incorrect title or author), we will replace it for you at no extra cost.
3. HOW TO CLAIM A REPLACEMENT
If you have received a wrong item, you must follow these steps to be eligible for a replacement:
Contact Us Immediately: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Provide Proof: You are required to send us a clear photograph of the incorrect book received via email or WhatsApp/Phone.
Verification: Once we verify the issue from the photo provided, we will arrange for the correct book to be sent to you.
NOTE: Without photographic proof and prior communication, no claims for replacement will be entertained.
