Attendance:

Regular attendance is expected as per the schedule mutually decided with the instructor.

Inform the instructor at least 2-3 days in advance for planned absences or rescheduling.

Respect: All students are expected to treat instructors, peers, and property with respect. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Academic Integrity: Students must complete their own work and avoid cheating or plagiarism.

4. Classroom Environment

Punctuality: Arrive on time for each session to avoid disruptions.

Preparedness: Bring all necessary materials, including notebooks, pens, and equipment.

Cleanliness: Keep the classroom/workspace tidy and dispose of waste responsibly.

5. Property Damage Policy

Responsibility for Damages:

Students and guardians are responsible for damages or loss of classroom property caused by the student or their guests.

This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, equipment, and educational materials.

Reimbursement: The responsible party must reimburse repair or replacement costs as determined by classroom administration.

Personal Belongings: Students are responsible for their own belongings. The institute is not liable for lost or stolen items.

CCTV Surveillance: The classroom and surrounding areas are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance to ensure security and compliance.

8. Payment and Refunds

Tuition Fees: All fees must be paid in full by the specified deadlines.

No refunds will be issued for discontinuation of classes.

9. Online Classes

Recording and Usage:

All online classes will be recorded by International Coach Mr. Rohan Makhija / Rohan Training Institute ®.

Recordings may be edited and shared on social media platforms for promotional purposes and showcasing student achievements.

Practice Policy:

Students must practice and revise as instructed by the coach.

Failure to do so may lead to forgetting skills, and relearning from Rohan Training Institute ® will require payment of partial or full fees, depending on the situation.

Fee Policy: Fees for online classes must be paid in advance.

10. Termination of Enrollment

Grounds for Termination:

The institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment for violations of these Terms and Conditions, such as disruptive behavior, property damage, or non-compliance with policies.

Evidence for such violations will be supported by CCTV recordings.
