#Damaged or Lost Packages

1. **Contact Us:** Send a Message on WhatsApp With Evidence with your order number and the subject line "Exchange Request - Damaged Item."

2. **Provide Evidence:** Attach the necessary photographic evidence of the damage.

3. **Review:** Our team will review the claim within **1-2 business days**.

4. **Confirmation:** If your claim is approved, we will process an **immediate exchange** and send a replacement item to you at **no additional shipping cost**. You will receive an Message confirmation with the tracking details for the replacement.

5. **Return of Damaged Item (If Required):** In rare cases, we may require you to return the damaged item. If so, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. You must ship the damaged item back within **3 days** of receiving the return label.


#### **Important Notes on Exchanges**


* Exchanges are for the **exact same item** (same model, size, and color) as the damaged product.
