 * Timing: We aim to have your order at your door within 15 to 25 minutes.

Return Policy

At RJN Bismi Chicken Centre, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our poultry. Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, we adhere to the following policy:


1. No Returns on Fresh Meat

 * Perishable Nature: Once fresh meat (Chicken, Nattu Kozhi, or Quail) leaves our shop or is delivered to your doorstep, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 * Hygiene & Safety: To maintain our high hygiene standards, we cannot restock or resell any meat that has been handled outside of our controlled environment.


2. Order Discrepancies (WhatsApp Orders)

If you have ordered via WhatsApp (8754919161) and encounter an issue, please follow these steps:

 * Immediate Inspection: Please check your order immediately upon delivery.

 * Wrong Item: If the wrong product or cut was delivered, please inform the delivery partner instantly or message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the item.

 * Resolution: In the case of a genuine error on our part, we will provide a replacement or a store credit for your next purchase. Claims made more than 1 hour after delivery will not be entertained due to the fresh nature of the product.


3. Swiggy Orders

 * All orders placed through Swiggy are subject to Swiggy’s Return and Refund Policy.

 * If there is a missing item or a quality issue with a Swiggy order, please report the issue through the "Help" section of the Swiggy app for a resolution.


4. Quality Concerns

We guarantee the freshness of our meat at the time of sale.

 * Storage: We are not responsible for spoilage or quality deterioration caused by improper storage (failing to refrigerate below 4'C or delayed cooking after the purchase.

 * Feedback: We value your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the quality, please share your feedback with us directly so we can ensure it doesn't happen again.


5. Cancellations

 * WhatsApp Orders: You can cancel an order only if it has not yet been cut or packed. Once the meat is processed by our butchers, the order cannot be cancelled.

 * Swiggy Orders: Cancellation is subject to Swiggy's specific cancellation window and fees.
