 * Descriptions: We strive for 100% accuracy in our descriptions of specialty items like Nattu Kozhi or Kada Quail, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

3. Pricing Policy

 * Market Fluctuations: Poultry prices are subject to daily market changes in Chennai. Prices listed on the "Today's Rates" section (if applicable) are indicative only.

 * Final Price: The final price of any product will be determined at our retail counter at the time of purchase based on the actual weight and the prevailing rate of that day.

4. Availability

 * All products listed (especially specialty items like Country Chicken) are subject to stock availability.

 * We recommend calling our shop ahead of time to confirm the availability of specific items before visiting.

5. Health & Safety (Consumption)

 * All products sold by RJN Bismi Chicken Centre are raw and fresh.

 * Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to handle, store below 4'C, and cook the poultry to a safe internal temperature of 74'C (165'F)

 * We are not liable for health issues arising from improper storage or undercooking after the product leaves our premises.

6. No Return/Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat and strict food safety hygiene protocols, we follow a strict no-return and no-refund policy once a product has been sold and taken from the shop. Please inspect your purchase carefully at the counter.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, and images on this website are the property of RJN Bismi Chicken Centre. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
