Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Studio Manishi reserves the right to revise project schedules whenever necessary.
Timely delivery of services depends on the client providing:
Accurate project information
Site measurements
Property documentation
Timely approvals
Required decisions and feedback
Delays in client communication, approvals, or information may result in corresponding project delays.
Reasonable revisions may be accommodated depending on the agreed scope of services.
Substantial design changes, scope modifications, or repeated revision requests may require additional fees and revised timelines.
The determination of whether a request constitutes a scope change shall remain at the discretion of Studio Manishi.

Planning documents
Delivery shall be deemed complete once documents are transmitted through email, cloud storage links, messaging platforms, or other agreed communication channels.
Execution timelines are indicative and subject to multiple external factors.
Studio Manishi does not guarantee fixed completion dates for turnkey projects and shall not be liable for delays arising from:
Contractor performance
Vendor delays
Supply chain disruptions
Material shortages
Labor availability
Weather conditions
Regulatory approvals
Site restrictions
Studio Manishi does not operate as an e-commerce business and does not ship products through this website.
Where materials or products are procured as part of turnkey projects, such procurement shall be governed by separate project agreements and vendor terms.
Studio Manishi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from service delays, project execution, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees received for the specific service engaged.
Studio Manishi reserves the right to decline, suspend, or discontinue services where:

Payments are overdue
Communication becomes unreasonable
Legal or ethical concerns arise

Studio Manishi provides professional architecture, interior design, visualization, planning, consultancy, and project management services. As our services involve customized professional work tailored to individual client requirements, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable in nature.
By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Studio Manishi primarily delivers professional services, digital documents, design concepts, drawings, visualizations, consultations, and project-related deliverables.
As these services are customized and created specifically for each client, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.
Accordingly, Studio Manishi does not accept returns of:
Architectural drawings
Interior design concepts
Layout plans
CAD documentation
3D renderings
Visualizations
Design presentations
Consultancy services
Planning documents
Site visit services
Digital deliverables
Fees paid for:
Design consultations
Site visits
Vastu consultations
Design reviews
Advisory meetings
are strictly non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled or conducted.
In cases where a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting without prior notice, the consultation fee shall remain non-refundable.
Architecture and interior design services involve allocation of professional time, resources, expertise, and intellectual property.
Once design work has commenced:
Advance payments become non-refundable.
Fees paid for completed stages of work are non-refundable.
Work already delivered shall remain chargeable irrespective of project continuation.
For 3D architectural and interior visualization services:
Advance payments are non-refundable once modeling, drafting, rendering, or visualization work has begun.
Revisions shall be governed by the agreed project scope.
Completed renders and visualization files are not eligible for refunds.
For turnkey interior and execution projects:
Mobilization advances, design fees, procurement charges, and project management fees are non-refundable.
Materials procured specifically for a project may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refunds, if any, shall be subject to deductions for completed work, administrative expenses, procurement costs, site expenses, and commitments already made to vendors or contractors.
If a client chooses to terminate a project after commencement:
All completed work shall remain payable.
Amounts already paid for completed stages shall not be refunded.
Additional charges may apply for work completed but not yet invoiced.
Deliverables produced up to the date of cancellation shall remain the intellectual property of Studio Manishi unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a project remains inactive due to lack of client communication, approvals, decisions, payments, or required information for a period exceeding 60 days:
Studio Manishi may place the project on hold.
Recommencement may require revised timelines, revised fees, or a new agreement.
Previously paid amounts shall not become refundable due to project inactivity.
Any refund request shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Studio Manishi.
Where a refund is approved:
Administrative charges may be deducted.
Professional fees for completed work shall be deducted.
Site visit charges shall be deducted.
Consultant coordination charges shall be deducted.
Taxes and payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.
Studio Manishi reserves the sole right to determine the amount of any refund, if approved.
Delivery of any drawing, design, report, rendering, presentation, or document shall constitute fulfillment of the corresponding service stage.
Once a deliverable has been issued, that portion of the service shall be deemed completed and non-refundable.
Studio Manishi shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Regulatory delays
Labor shortages
Material shortages
Technical failures
Public emergencies
Such events shall not constitute grounds for refund claims.
Studio Manishi reserves the right to refuse refund requests where:
Services have been partially or fully delivered.
Design work has commenced.
Consultation services have been provided.
Digital deliverables have been shared.
Site visits have been conducted.
Project-related expenses have been incurred.
