📦 Returns & Replacements

• Accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

• Share unboxing video + clear photos within 48 hrs of delivery.

• No returns for change of mind, colour, or sale pieces.

• Approved returns will be picked up or refunded after inspection.

💳 Payment Policy

• All payments processed securely via HDFC Bank Smart Vyapar.

• Pay through UPI / QR / Payment Link / Direct Transfer.

• Automatic receipt shared instantly after payment.

• Orders dispatched after payment or verified COD confirmation.

🚚 COD POLICY (Cash on Delivery)

• Available in Delhi NCR for orders up to ₹5,000.

• COD fee: 1–3% of order value (non-refundable on refusal).

• Small advance (1–5%) may be required for order confirmation.

• Repeated cancellations may disable COD in future.

💰 Refund Policy

• Full refund for verified transit damage or wrong item (with proof).

• Refunds via HDFC Smart Vyapar / UPI / Bank Transfer.

• Timeline: 3–10 working days after inspection.

• Processing charge (1–5%) may apply for voluntary cancellations.

🚛 Shipping Policy

• Orders ships from our studio in 24–48 hrs after full confirmation.

• Delivery in Delhi NCR Only.

• Free shipping above ₹1,999.

• Orders below ₹1,999 may have nominal shipping charges.

• Tracking shared on WhatsApp once dispatched.
