This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed for cemented paver blocks with Vilayash Enterprises via our online store on the HDFC Vyaparify platform.

1. Order Processing Time

The processing timeline begins only after your order is confirmed as "Successfully Placed" (i.e., after the successful completion of payment via the Payment Link).

  • Handling Time: Typically, orders are prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days following successful Order Placement. Large or customized orders may require a longer processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order acceptance.

  • Notification: You will be notified via SMS or email once your order has been accepted and payment is successful. You will receive a separate notification when the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only. Delivery times vary significantly based on the volume of the order, your specific location, and the transportation availability. We will communicate the expected delivery window upon dispatch.

  • Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight/volume of the paver blocks, the destination delivery address, and prevailing freight rates. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process and confirmed in the Order Acceptance and Payment Link stage.

  • Delivery Method: We utilize third-party logistics partners specializing in heavy goods transport.

3. Delivery Requirements and Acceptance of Goods

  • Inspection is Mandatory: It is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to thoroughly inspect the Products for any external damage, shortages, or discrepancies immediately upon delivery and before signing the delivery receipt.

  • Noting Damage: Any visible damage or shortages must be explicitly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt or the transporter’s documentation at the time of delivery. Failure to note external damage on the POD may result in the rejection of any subsequent claims.

  • Unloading: The Buyer is responsible for providing adequate labor and equipment for unloading the heavy paver blocks at the delivery site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Address Accuracy: The Buyer must ensure the delivery address provided is complete, accurate, and accessible for large commercial vehicles. Vilayash Enterprises is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details or inaccessible sites.

4. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer upon handover of the Products to the common carrier or logistics partner at our dispatch location. We will assist with claims against the carrier if damage is noted on the POD as per Section 3.

5. Delays

We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, road closures, government actions, or carrier delays.

Return Policy

Vilayash Enterprises deals in cemented paver blocks, which are construction materials of significant weight and volume. Due to the high cost of transportation and the nature of the product, our return and refund policy is strict.

1. Non-Returnable Items and Conditions

We DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Change of Mind: Orders placed and successfully paid for cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, excess quantity ordered, or errors in measuring the required quantity.

  • Minor Variations: Returns are not accepted for minor differences in color, shade, texture, or the appearance of efflorescence (a naturally occurring white residue on cement products). As per our Terms and Conditions, these variations are inherent to the product.

  • Damages Due to Installation/Handling: Damage occurring after the Products have been accepted and moved from the delivery point (including installation damage) is the Buyer’s responsibility.

  • Products without Original Proof of Delivery: Products returned without the original packaging or documentation, including the signed Proof of Delivery (POD).

2. Return Eligibility (Defective or Incorrect Product)

A return will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • The Product delivered is fundamentally different from the item ordered (e.g., completely wrong type or size, not just a shade variation).

  • The Product has a major hidden structural defect that makes it unusable for its intended purpose, provided the defect is reported promptly.

3. Mandatory Reporting and Inspection Window

If you believe your order qualifies for a return based on the limited eligibility criteria above, you must:

  1. Report Immediately: Contact Vilayash Enterprises by phone or email within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Submit clear photographic and video evidence demonstrating the defect or error.

  3. Hold Goods: The Buyer must keep the goods in their original delivered state, secured and protected from further damage, pending our inspection.

4. Return Process and Inspection

  • Authorization: All returns must be authorized in writing by Vilayash Enterprises. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at the Buyer's cost.

  • Inspection: We reserve the right to arrange a physical inspection of the disputed Products at the delivery site within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Return Shipping and Risk: If a return is authorized, the Buyer is responsible for safely packaging the Products and bears the cost and risk associated with the return freight back to our location.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

If, following our inspection, we determine that the claim is valid and falls under the return eligibility criteria:

  • Refund Amount: The refund will be processed for the cost of the goods only. The original shipping, handling, or processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Method: The refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 15 working days of the confirmed receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
